The 100% European White Duck Down/Feather Combo Pillow uses an effective combination filling to deliver the luxury of soft down with greater support provided by the feather and down lower layer.
Down and feather filling
This combination filling gives the best of both worlds – an inner core of 85% European Duck feather, and 15% down, with lovely outer layers of high loft 100% pure European White Duck down. This results in a pillow with medium to firm support and a soft feel.
The down filling has a remarkably high 750 fill power, which means it is soft and fluffy and brings it close in quality to the top-of-the-range Siberian down.
The high-quality down and feathers are sourced in the Pyrenees, one of the finest mountain environments in Europe. The pillow’s Downafresh label also shows that it meets the Hygiene Standard European EN12395 for the down-cleansing process.

Returns from the UK
If required, we can send you a FREE RETURNS label which can be used at a local drop-off point.
Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our couriers to collect from you – there is a £12 charge for this service (unless the goods are faulty).
If you prefer to return your order using an alternative method, e.g. Royal Mail, then responsibility for cost is with the customer.

When you receive your 100% European White Duck Down/Feather Surround Pillow, unpack it and allow it to air in a warm place for 24 hours. This will allow the filling to recover its fluffiness before you use it for the first time.
The pillow can be washed at 40⁰ C and tumble dried on a low heat, but it should not be dry cleaned.
If your choice is showing as “In Stock”, and the order is placed before 3pm – it will be despatched on the same day.
If the order is placed after 3pm, or during the Weekend, or on a Bank Holiday – it will be despatched on the next Working Day.
Delivery to most UK addresses is on the next Working Day after being despatched, unless Saturday Delivery is selected at checkout.
Delivery to Highlands & Islands will take 2-5 days.

Natural fillings such as 100% Down or a blend of Feather & Down are the most breathable and have natural temperature regulating properties.
Synthetic fillings are good for those with specific allergies or who prefer not to purchase animal products.
Then it is about the firmness of the pillow. We classify our pillows as Soft, Medium or Firm.
Medium pillows are suitable for all sleeping positions, whereas Softer pillows are more suitable for front sleepers, or maybe people that like to use more than one pillow.
Firmer pillows are popular with side sleepers.
We appreciate the difficulties involved which is one of the reasons we offer a Free Returnpolicy.
We are also happy for you to remove the pillows from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them before you use them.
Fill Power is the industry method used to classify the quality of down. It is a measure of the volume a specific weight of down occupies at a controlled temperature.
The higher the Fill Power, the better the down quality.
Anything above 500 is good. 700 and above is excellent, and results in a pillow with impressive loft, or “fluffiness”.
