Types of data we collect
Names & Addresses
We use the names and addresses provided by you in order to accurately process sales transactions and to deliver the items you have purchased to the correct address.
If you provide us with a telephone number we will use this to keep you updated with the status of your order and the progress of your delivery.
If you provide us with your e-mail address we will again use this to keep you updated with the status of your order and the progress of your delivery.
We may also use your e-mail address for our own marketing purposes and to keep you informed of our latest news and of any new offers. We will only do this if you specifically authorise us to do so when entering your details during checkout. You may also add your email to our mailing list via an online registration form. You will always be able to change your mind and opt out at any time.

This is in order that they can safely deliver your order whilst keeping you updated as to its progress. They will not share your details with anyone else or use it for their own marketing purposes.
Occasionally, in order to save waiting time, we will deliver orders directly to you from our UK based manufacturer. In order to do this we need to share with them your name, address, telephone & e-mail address so that they can accurately arrange for the safe delivery of your order. They will not share your details with anyone else or use it for their own marketing purposes.

The information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt, and do not allow Google to make any attempt, to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We use an external independent company called Trust Pilot to collect and publish reviews from our customers. They will use only your e-mail address to contact you and invite you to leave a review.
