Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the same day.

Deliveries to destinations outside of UK
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email advising the expected delivery date.
We use either FedEx or DHL for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

Deliveries to the EU
For deliveries to destinations within the EU, we pay any taxes or duties due – so there would be nothing further for you to pay on delivery.
Purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are unused, received by us in perfect condition and in original packaging.
We are happy for you to remove the products from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them.
Please advise your intent to return within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns from the UK
If required, we can send you a FREE RETURNS label which can be used at a local drop-off point.
Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our couriers to collect from you – there is a £12 charge for this service (unless the goods are faulty).
If you prefer to return your order using an alternative method, e.g. Royal Mail, then responsibility for cost is with the customer.
Returns from outside of UK
Unless goods are faulty, responsibility for the cost of return is with the customer.

Choosing the correct pillow is one of the trickiest decisions.
The first decision to make is the filling type.
Natural fillings such as 100% Down or a blend of Feather & Down are the most breathable and have natural temperature regulating properties.
Synthetic fillings are good for those with specific allergies or who prefer not to purchase animal products.
Then it is about the firmness of the pillow. We classify our pillows as Soft, Medium or Firm.
Medium pillows are suitable for all sleeping positions, whereas Softer pillows are more suitable for front sleepers, or maybe people that like to use more than one pillow.
Firmer pillows are popular with side sleepers.
We appreciate the difficulties involved which is one of the reasons we offer a Free Returnpolicy.
We are also happy for you to remove the pillows from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them before you use them.

The 20% is made up of small, hand-sorted Hungarian Goose Feathers with very short quills.
Your pillow can be machine washed at up to 30 degrees and tumble dried or line dried.
If tumble drying it is advisable to dry for a longer time on a lower heat setting. It is important that all the moisture is removed without damaging the filling by overheating.
We would recommend taking it to a laundrette whose commercial washing machines will be bigger and more suitable than most domestic machines.
