Silk is a great choice for a comfortable night’s sleep as it is beautifully soft and known for its temperature-regulating properties. Our Silk bed linen is sourced and exclusively manufactured for us by one of the best Chinese manufacturers, using the finest materials to ensure a truly luxurious feel but at an affordable price.

High-grade silk

• Our Silk bed linen uses a superior 19 momme Charmeuse silk (the momme weight is the weight of 100 yards of the silk in pounds). This is a higher grade silk than the more commonly used Habotai silk. At The Duvet Store, we only use high-quality silk throughout for our silk products.
• This beautiful silk has a fantastic lustre and lovely feel, using extra-long Mulberry silk fibres.

• Silk is renowned for its properties of temperature regulation. The high-quality silk in our bed linen ensures moisture is not absorbed through the night and it has a far higher capacity than cotton to remain dry.

• Duvet Cover – available in size 290 x 235cm to fit an Emperor standard size bed.
• Oxford Pillowcase – available in sizes: 50cm x 75cm, 50cm x 90cm. This style of pillowcase has a decorative frill around the edge.

Standard Delivery:

Orders under £150      £5.95

Standard Delivery is on the Next Working Day after despatch as follows:

• Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed over a Weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

These timescales relate to items showing as “In Stock – Next Day Delivery Available “.

If items are Out of Stock, then the estimated lead time will be shown.

Please note, deliveries to addresses in certain area of the UK can only be despatched on a two-working days service. This includes addresses in the following locations:

Northern Ireland.

Highlands & Islands (some locations here may take longer than 2 days).

Channel Islands.

Isle of Man.

Isle of Wight.

Deliveries to destinations outside of UK

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email advising the expected delivery date.

We use either FedEx or DHL for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

Deliveries to the EU

For deliveries to destinations within the EU, we pay any taxes or duties due – so there would be nothing further for you to pay on delivery.

Purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are unused, received by us in perfect condition and in original packaging.

We are happy for you to remove the products from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them.

Please advise your intent to return within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns from the UK

If required, we can send you a FREE RETURNS label which can be used at a local drop-off point.

Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our couriers to collect from you – there is a £12 charge for this service (unless the goods are faulty).

If you prefer to return your order using an alternative method, e.g. Royal Mail, then responsibility for cost is with the customer.

Returns from outside of UK

Unless goods are faulty, responsibility for the cost of return is with the customer.
