Our Silk Pillows are sourced and exclusively manufactured for us by one of the best Chinese manufacturers using the very finest of materials. By sourcing direct, we keep costs down and are able to supply this superb quality silk pillow at a remarkable price to our customers.

Top-quality silk throughout

• Our Silk Pillow’s outer casing uses a 16 momme Charmeuse silk. The momme weight is the weight of 100 yards of the silk in pounds. This is a high grade of silk, superior to that used by many silk pillow manufacturers.
• The filling uses extra-long Mulberry silk fibres hand-woven into layers of webbing. The filling is then delicately secured by intricate stitching.

• Silk is known for its temperature-regulating properties, working with your body to create the right sleep environment. The high-quality silk casing ensures moisture is not absorbed and it has a far higher capacity than cotton to remain dry.
• Silk is also the most completely natural fibre used in bedding, making it ideal for allergy sufferers.

• Our Silk Pillows are generously filled with around 30% more in terms of fill weight than is usual for silk pillows. This gives you a pillow that is lovely and soft but also supportive.
• There is a discreet zip in the pillow casing, so you can see and touch the quality of silk inside for yourself. This attention to detail also means that the care label is inside and does not show through your pillow casing.

Standard Delivery is on the Next Working Day after despatch as follows:

• Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day.
• Orders placed over a Weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

These timescales relate to items showing as “In Stock – Next Day Delivery Available “.

If items are Out of Stock, then the estimated lead time will be shown.

Please note, deliveries to addresses in certain area of the UK can only be despatched on a two-working days service. This includes addresses in the following locations:

Northern Ireland.

Highlands & Islands (some locations here may take longer than 2 days).

Channel Islands.

Isle of Man.

Isle of Wight.

Deliveries to destinations outside of UK

Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email advising the expected delivery date.

We use either FedEx or DHL for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

Deliveries to the EU

For deliveries to destinations within the EU, we pay any taxes or duties due – so there would be nothing further for you to pay on delivery.

Purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are unused, received by us in perfect condition and in original packaging.

We are happy for you to remove the products from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them.

Please advise your intent to return within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

Returns from the UK

If required, we can send you a FREE RETURNS label which can be used at a local drop-off point.

Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our couriers to collect from you – there is a £12 charge for this service (unless the goods are faulty).

If you prefer to return your order using an alternative method, e.g. Royal Mail, then responsibility for cost is with the customer.

Returns from outside of UK

Unless goods are faulty, responsibility for the cost of return is with the customer.
