What is covered by my duvet’s guarantee?

Your duvet is covered for any manufacturing faults which become apparent during the stated guarantee period.

We would repair, refund or replace any duvets with faults covered by the guarantee.

In reality there are very few things that can go wrong. Examples are rare but could include faulty stitching, movement of filling between pockets, filling leaking through casing.
