Standard Delivery is on the Next Working Day after despatch as follows:
Orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched on the next working day.
Orders placed over a Weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.
These timescales relate to items showing as “In Stock – Next Day Delivery Available “.
If items are Out of Stock, then the estimated lead time will be shown.
Please note, deliveries to addresses in certain area of the UK can only be despatched on a two-working days service. This includes addresses in the following locations:
Northern Ireland.
Highlands & Islands (some locations here may take longer than 2 days).
Channel Islands.

Deliveries to destinations outside of UK
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email advising the expected delivery date.
We use either FedEx or DHL for deliveries outside of the UK. They all provide the facility for you to track your parcel.

Deliveries to the EU
For deliveries to destinations within the EU, we pay any taxes or duties due – so there would be nothing further for you to pay on delivery.
Purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange provided they are unused, received by us in perfect condition and in original packaging.
We are happy for you to remove the products from their packaging to enable you to get a look and feel of them.
Please advise your intent to return within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns from the UK
If required, we can send you a FREE RETURNS label which can be used at a local drop-off point.
Alternatively, we can arrange for one of our couriers to collect from you – there is a £12 charge for this service (unless the goods are faulty).
If you prefer to return your order using an alternative method, e.g. Royal Mail, then responsibility for cost is with the customer.
Returns from outside of UK
Unless goods are faulty, responsibility for the cost of return is with the customer.

These are non-returnable unless faulty.
If your choice is showing as “In Stock”, and the order is placed before 3pm – it will be despatched on the same day.

No – for deliveries to countries in the EU we pay the import taxes and duties. There would be nothing extra for you to pay on delivery.
Yes, your duvet can be machine washed at up to 30 degrees and tumble dried or line dried.
If tumble drying it is advisable to dry for a longer time on a lower heat setting. It is important that all the moisture is removed without damaging the filling by overheating.
We would recommend taking it to a laundrette whose commercial washing machines will be bigger and more suitable than most domestic machines.
