The right mattress topper is all part of achieving that wonderful deep cosy night’s sleep in your hotel bed. This is down to two key elements:
- Fill Weight – Mattress toppers must have the correct amount of filling to achieve the right feel and support. In this product, the Hotel Luxury Topper has at least 50% more filling than the regular manufacturer specification.
- Depth – the Hotel Luxury Topper is a comfortable 3 inches deep.
- Filling – The filling needs to give the perfect mix of softness and support. The Hotel Luxury Topper has a careful blend of 30% pure high loft European duck down mixed with 70% small soft European duck feathers.
- Down is wonderfully soft and feather is great for providing support, provided the quality is good and the feather concentration is not too high, as with this topper (otherwise we can feel the quills through the casing). In addition, Duck feather, being smaller than goose, is also preferable.
